Love, love, love the portion control aspect of the 21 Day Fix.  The
colored coded containers may look goofy and tiny, but they are
idiot-proof!  (I know...I'm an idiot when it comes to that and it worked
for me.)  Gotta try it to believe it.  I'll bet you've tried other
things that didn't work.  This program combines a great workout with a
proven nutrition plan from a trainer who has the awards show for it!
