Get your camera ready – a photo of this gorgeous smoothie bowl recipe is sure to brighten up your Instagram feed.
It begins with Strawberry Shakeology as a base. To that, we added blueberries, banana, blackberries, and a variety of nuts and seeds to give it texture and healthy omega-3 fats.. And, plenty of ice to thicken it up and make it look and taste almost like ice cream. Because, ice cream for breakfast? Yes please!
In the recipe below, you’ll see that we blended fruit directly into the smoothie, but in the video, we didn’t. You’re welcome to do it either way you like! If you’re just looking to make a shake, but all means, blend everything together, but if you want a photo-ready smoothie bowl, you might want to hold off on blending the fruit and reserve it to layer on top.
Watch the video below to see how it’s made!
